Vinyasa Flow is a dynamic and invigorating style of yoga. It seamlessly links breath with movement, creating a fluid and continuous practice. In these classes, you will flow through a series of poses, transitioning with the rhythm of your breath. Vinyasa Flow not only builds strength and flexibility but also encourages mindfulness and focus as you stay present in each moment. Suitable for all levels, my Vinyasa Flow classes offer a rejuvenating and empowering experience that leaves you feeling balanced and energised.

Rocket Yoga, a dynamic and energetic modern variation of Ashtanga Yoga. Created by Larry Schultz, this practice infuses the traditional Ashtanga sequences with playful and creative variations, making it accessible to all levels. Rocket Yoga emphasises breath control, strength, and flexibility, while encouraging students to explore and challenge their limits. With its focus on inversions, arm balances, and continuous movement, Rocket Yoga ignites a sense of empowerment and freedom on the mat. Yin classes have hit the schedule. I am going to be running a once monthly Yin classes and spaces are limted. Yin Yoga, is a gentle and meditative style that targets deep connective tissues and encourages relaxation. In Yin Yoga classes, you will hold poses for an extended duration, typically 3 to 5 minutes, allowing the muscles to relax while accessing the deeper layers of fascia. This practice improves flexibility, circulation, and joint mobility, promoting a sense of ease and calmness. Yin Yoga also offers an opportunity for introspection and mindfulness, making it a perfect complement to the fast-paced modern lifestyle
