Do I need to bring my own mat?
I will provide mats and blocks for all classes although I welcome you to bring your own mats to class if you prefer to practice on these.

Is this class suitable for beginners ?
These classes are suitable for those that are new to yoga although I would advise entering this class with a baseline level of fitness. If you participate in other sports or physical activity that involves body awareness these classes will be suitable for you.

Do I need to be flexible to take part in this class?
You most definitly do not need to be flexible to partake in yoga.

Will I be physically challenged ?
These classes are dynamic, at times fast paced and aim to provide opportunities for you to physically challenge yourself.
